Your Role:
As an Associate Technical Product Manager at INTRALOT, you’ll help shape the future of our Lottery Retail Technology. From defining the roadmap to guiding development and supporting international RFPs, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into real solutions that power our global operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Translate business and market needs into clear technical requirements, epics, and user stories.

• Draft clear and accurate technical content for international RFPs and presales proposals, and deliver supporting product presentations to clients and stakeholders.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, both in writing and verbally

• Manage the product lifecycle of our Lottery Retail Technology solutions – from concept and design, to launch and sunset.

• Contribute to shaping and maintaining the product roadmap in close collaboration with engineering, delivery, and commercial teams.

• Work with engineering teams to review technical specifications and ensure feasibility, scalability, and performance, while meeting business requirements.

• Oversee, review, and manage clear product documentation, diagrams, and integration guides.

• Stay up to date on trends in lottery retail systems, including platforms, hardware, terminals, and connectivity.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or in a technical role with product-facing responsibilities (e.g., Product/Business Analyst, Presales Engineer).

• Solid understanding of software and hardware systems, especially in B2B or platform environments.

• Ability to write and review technical documentation and specifications.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in creating and delivering engaging presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.

• Familiarity with software architecture concepts, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel regularly — a great opportunity to gain international exposure and collaborate with global teams.

• Experience with lottery or gaming technologies, and familiarity with international compliance standards.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for documentation, analysis, or productivity.

• Familiarity with payment systems, network principles, and the structure of mobile application environments.
