Bid Proposal Manager (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

The Bid Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the proposal development process.

This includes analyzing various State/ Government Requests for Proposals (RFPs), gathering necessary information, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and producing high-quality, polished proposal documents to be submitted to prospective clients.

Key duties include reviewing RFPs, assigning and tracking tasks, monitoring bid progress, and ensuring proposals are formatted correctly and delivered on time.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in technical proposal writing.

• Experience in content planning, writing, and leading sections/volumes (e.g., technical approach, management, corporate experience) in response to multi-phase and government solicitations.

• Strong analytical skills, ability to visualize information, and communication with multiple audiences.

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), MS Teams, SharePoint.

Would be appreciated:

• APMP Foundation-level certification.

• Bid management principles, government procurement, public tendering procedures familiarity along with professional experience in the Gaming Industry/ B2B/ B2G .

• Experience with proposal management software (e.g., Responsive, Loopio, Qvidian)

• Main Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the VP Development, performs the following duties and responsibilities:

• Participating in the Bid Management process for potential new business opportunities, from bid qualification through to bid submission and presentations.

• Assisting in the development of our solutions and strategies while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting the company's value proposition with the goal of securing winning bids.

• Coordinating with virtual bid teams and gathering inputs from a variety of company stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery.

• Contributing to the written proposal – both in terms of content and presentation to the customer (such as preparation of a management summary).

• Optimizing proposal responses by re-writing/editing proposal responses, re-working on existing content or writing additional content to address new customer needs etc.
