Your Role:
As a Contracting Specialist at INTRALOT, you will play a crucial role in managing and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts, reviewing customer and third-party terms, and providing support in the bidding process. You'll work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting customer and intragroup contracts covering various transactions.
• Supporting the bidding process by reviewing contracts, responding to requirements, and suggesting terms.
• Maintaining organized contract documentation and system records, ensuring everything is up-to-date.
• Providing advisory on negotiations, disputes, claims, and other contractual matters.
• Preparing internal memorandums and reports for contract approvals.
• Monitoring contractual KPIs, including billing, milestones, and obligations, and providing proactive advice.
• Building strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and Intralot subsidiaries.

• University degree in Business, IT, or related field. A Master's degree or professional qualifications are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in Contract Management or similar roles, with proven contracting expertise.
• Solid knowledge of legal terminology, contractual writing, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with corporate business practices, commercial contracting regulations, and risk analysis.
• Proficiency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong skills in Word and Excel.
• Business acumen, a positive approach, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
