Join Intralot as Contracts Administrator
Your Role:
Draft, review and finalize various commercial and non-commercial Contracts, NDAs, MOUs, both for Direct and Indirect Procurement
Serve as contact between internal and external stakeholders, seeking contract review and revision, copies, questions and status updates
Negotiate terms regarding warranty, SLAs & penalties
Ensure Contract closeout, extension, or renewal activities
Update and maintain the contract management system in a timely manner for internal communication, tracking and reporting purposes
Job requirements
Your Qualifications:
You hold a University degree in a relevant area of study, like Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
Previous professional experience of 1 - 3 years related to Contracts/ Procurement/ Supply Chain management
Knowledge of procurement contracts and negotiations with suppliers
Strong organization and PC skills, critical thinking, curiosity and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken
Completed military obligations for male candidates.
