In this role you will co-create a process to help employees align their goals with company expectations by monitoring the company’s performance management system and you will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. You will be a contributor to the development of our learning and development strategy, manage its implementation and measure its impact. The role focuses on ensuring that the organisation monitors its talent performance, has the talent it needs to achieve its strategic priorities by providing opportunities for our people to enhance their skills and abilities to thrive in their current roles, reach their full potential and contribute to the company's overall success.

Job requirements

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to monitor, report, and improve employee performance.
  • Facilitate goal-setting sessions between employees and their managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs for managers on how to provide effective feedback and conduct performance reviews.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, forecast future performance issues, and recommend action plans.
  • Coordinate with HR to align performance management with other HR processes such as recruitment, training, and succession planning.

Learning & Development:

  • Create appropriate development plans for career and competency enhancement.
  • Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments.
  • Contribute to the design and implement L&D strategies, policies and programs that align with the company’s business goals.
  • Identify and analyze skill gaps and create learning programs or contribute to identifying paths focusing on people upskilling and reskilling.
  • Keep and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs; identify gaps and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Learning and Performance management related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organisational psychology, or a related field (a Master's degree being a plus).
  • Proficiency in Learning and Performance systems and tools (SuccessFactors preferably, HiPos Program, Succession Planning, Development Centers, Learning Paths, LMS etc).
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Agile mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
