We are currently on the lookout for a high Marketing & CRM Manager to join Intralot Adriatic in Zagreb (Croatia).


Intralot Adriatic is a subsidiary of Intralot Group, a young company in a growing mode that comprises of a small group of highly experienced professionals working side by side with the company’s large corporate client, Croatian Lottery.


As our new Marketing & CRM Manager, you will align marketing initiatives against business objectives for sales growth. You will define the strategic positioning of each product vertical within gaming industry as well as you develop and deliver operational go-to market plans.  

As our new Marketing and CRM Manger, you will be involved in the following interesting tasks like:


  • Assess competition and market trends:
  1. analyze market data and prepare market evaluations and competitive intelligence reports in order to identify product needs that need to be served
  2. monitor closely the product competition and provide constant feedback to the product teams regarding product requirements & trends, through reports, articles, interviews
  3. identify players’ preferences that fit to our product strategy
  • Develop the strategic positioning of each product (design of the collateral materials, acts as liaison between the company Product verticals and the Sales teams in order to support the product roadmaps)
  • Design the product’s communication identity in collaboration with advertising agencies
  • Develop, select and implement the product’s communication plan; Handle the online and offline product brand presence
  • Manage campaigns, promotions and ROI
  • Decide on the product marketing and communication budget of all product families
  • Select the industry gaming journals and portals, in which product communication will take place
  • Generate and maintain a knowledge hub:
  1. build and sustain the internal communication with INTRALOT Group by sharing product knowledge, KPIs and best practices
  2. establish and update the Products & Services portal 


Please consider the following criteria for our job opening:

  • You have already acquired your higher education degree in Business or Marketing or in a relevant area of study; MBA or Master’s degree will be considered a plus
  • You have min 6+ years of professional experience in developing and executing marketing & CRM strategy in a consumer-focused technology company
  • Previous working experience or knowledge of gaming industry will be considered a plus
  • Proven track record of developing and executing end to end B2C marketing campaigns
  • You are fluent in English language (both oral and written skills)
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, advanced people management skills, relationship building, teamwork and leadership
