Join Intralot as a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager
As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insight, performance management, and strategic decision-making across our global business units. You will manage and support the preparation of business plans, financial models, and reporting frameworks from the ground up — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and impact at every level
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, consolidate, and manage the Group Business Plan and long-term financial models.
Partner with regional finance teams and business leaders to analyze subsidiary performance, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities.
Build and automate management reporting processes and dashboards to enhance visibility and decision-making.
Drive the preparation of Group financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
Conduct detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, investments, and new market entries.
Ensure consistency and quality in financial reporting across regions.
Collaborate with accounting, operations, and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights and business recommendations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, business planning, or corporate finance, ideally within a multinational business or consulting (Big 4) environment.
Proven ability to build financial reporting and analysis processes from scratch in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.

A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent).
