Senior HR Performance Professional

Intralot is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Performance Professional to join our Human Resources Department. As a vital member of our team, you will develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee performance and align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

• Run Intralot’s performance management system – SAP Successfactors (Performance & Goals module)
• Develop and implement performance processes to monitor, report, and improve employee performance.
• Facilitate goal-setting sessions between employees and their managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Report to the top management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, forecast future performance issues, and recommend action plans.
• Coordinate with HR to align performance management with other HR processes such as recruitment, training, and succession planning.

• Proficiency in performance systems and tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Performance & Goals).
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Performance management related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Excellent use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• People-oriented and results-driven personality.
• Proven relevant professional experience of 4+ years, ideally in the Gaming Industry.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is an asset.
